The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church. Here in Butler there are three circles which meet monthly -
The Agape Circle meets on the 2nd Monday of the month at 1:30 pm in the Church Library.
The Lydia Circle meets on the 1st Sunday of the month following worship in the Church Library.
The Naomi Circle meets on the 4th Monday of the month at 7:30 pm in the church. The Naomi Circle hosts funeral luncheons for church members and support other ministries including the Ye Olde Country Fair.
All Circles meet together in February to host the CUMAC Have A Heart Luncheon, in July for an Ice Cream Social, and in November for a Give Thanks Luncheon.
